We are excited to inform you that we will be reopening on Monday the 6th of July 2020.

Please see below information, under the appointment request form. Here you will find details of bookings, necessary skin tests, what to expect on arrival and payment information.

When we arrange bookings, you will be sent a questionnaire. If you did not receive one, please contact us and we will send you another form or simply click on the below link to print one off at home.

We are excited to tell you that we will be taking bookings from the 6th of July...


The phone call that you have been waiting for is coming soon, but please do be patient with us, we have a list as long as your hair to get through!


The plan is to call you from Monday 29th June, we will work through each stylists column one by one, so please don't fret if your friend gets a phone call before you do, if you had an appointment in the book during lockdown we will be calling you or if you have joined our cancellation list, you will be called.


After we have made our way through the cancellation list and all clients have been booked in we will then email you again to let you know the phone lines are open due to the restrictions we have decided that for the foreseeable future we will not be turning on the online booking all appointments will need to be made by telephone or at the end of your appointment. We hope this won't take too long but are guessing the phones will be open to book from the 6th of July if not before.


Things to be aware of:

Skin test: If you would like to book for colour, we are skin testing everyone again, we have taken advice from our product manufacturers and have decided to start afresh. We are holding a patch test open day on Saturday 4th of July from 4 - 7 pm. Please come anytime, be prepared to queue up maintaining social distancing, do not come into the salon, we will be at the door. We will hand you the patch test to pop into the crook of your arm. We have adjusted our opening hours during this time and we are open 9-8 Monday-Saturday.



You will be asked for a deposit which is £10 for cut and blow-dry services and 50% of total of colour services at the time of booking, this is to minimise the time you will be in the salon and to avoid pinch points in the salon where over-crowding can occur. (Please see cancellation policy) You will be asked a series of health questions, these will be emailed/text out to you 48 hours prior to your appointment you must fill the form in and send back also these will be available to view on our website before the 7th of July. It is important to cancel and reschedule your appointment if: • You feel unwell. • You live with anyone who is unwell. • You have been in contact with anyone who has typical corona virus symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. • You have recently travelled to an area with high infection rates. If you need to cancel no penalty or cancellation fee will apply. However, if you fail to let us know without giving us at least 24 hours notice you will be charged. To reduce the length of time you are in the salon we are capping individual appointments to 3 hours, this will mean that corrective colour will not be possible, we will talk to you about your hair and do a telephone consultation at the time of booking. We ask that you answer all questions honestly and we will require your signature to confirm your answers are still accurate. If you are unwell we ask that you do not attend your appointment and let us know with a minimum of 48 hours notice, your BOOKING FEE will role over to your next appointment if you give us enough notice. If you fail to give us notice and miss your appointment you will loose your BOOKING FEE.
























The day has finally arrived - hallelujah! We know how excited you will be, us too - we cannot wait to see you, however, there's a few things that are going to be a little different this time.


  • We don't have our waiting area open - this means you will need to wait in your car or outside the building until we are ready for you to enter we have a door bell on the front door as we are not going to be able to allow anyone in who hasn’t got an appointment with us.

  • We cannot serve you a lovely drink - the only thing we can offer you is water in a bottle or in a disposable cup.

  • We will be providing you with a face mask to wear for the duration of your visit - you may wear your own if you have one.

  • You will be asked to wash and sanitise your hands on arrival at the wash point at the front of the salon then wait behind the line for one of our team to greet you and take you to your seat.

  • You will be allocated a space for your entire appointment, we ask that you stay in your space at all times - unless you need a loo break. Please attend your appointment alone.

Your stylist/colourist will have prepared a kit especially for you, all items will have been thoroughly sanitised prior to your arrival. Your kit will include a disposable gown, towel, face mask, combs and brushes to use on you throughout, tissues (should you need them) and your own cup (again if you need it).


Please DO NOT bring any unnecessary items with you to the salon, this includes extra bags, shopping or extra people! However you can bring your own iPad or kindle in should you wish too.


We will not be offering magazines to read.


We wont be handling coats or bags what we do have is baskets for you however if you don’t need it please don’t bring it with you.


Your appointment with us will be restricted for the first few weeks, We will be offering a post lock down menu so we wont be able to do huge colour jobs or extra long appointments as we are following the government guidelines regarding time spent in the salon also we have all been locked away for 12 or more weeks with not seeing people so just like you this is a new way of working for us too however don’t worry we will be able to give you beautiful hair, it may just need to be spread over the next few months.


Each appointment now has an additional 15 minutes allocated to it, this is to allow us to thoroughly sanitise the space where you have been placed for your visit, this means you can be assured that the space you are in for your appointment is clean, sanitised and fresh for you. This has been reflected in our prices so please check our latest price menu.


Your stylist will be wearing a visor throughout the service and full PPE as followed by government guidelines.

We will be offering chair checkout to keep reception free and comply with social distancing. we ask where possible for you to make payment via card machine and not cash. If you require home care to take away we ask you don’t touch the products simply let your stylist know what you would like, we will add then to your bill and have your goodies ready for you to collect on your way out.


We have staggered all entry and departure times meaning we can adhere to the social distancing rules at all times. Screens have been put up in between the basins and our middle sections. We will be working from every other station to ensure social distancing between clients also we are operating a one way system in the salon.


We will be asking you to pre-book your next appointment while you are sat in your chair, this is to reduce the people at reception, your stylist/colourist will bring the portable appointment book to you so no need for you to move. If you cannot do that we ask that you call us to make your next appointment.

We appreciate it will be a nervous time for some of you BUT we promise we are doing everything we possibly can to make sure both you and our team are as safe as possible. It would be great for us if you could share your experience to help other people who may be feeling a little apprehensive about their visit too.



We cannot THANK you all enough for your continued support and messages over the past few months, it has been extremely hard for us not being able to do what we love, not being able to see you because we just love to make you look and feel fantastic with amazing hair. During this time we have really evaluated everything we do and what we can do better to make sure the amazing service we give is even better also we have been making the salon Covid secure for the you and our team, training, updating manuals and of course we have launched our new amazing website with an online shop to, please keep your eyes peeled as there is another surprise coming soon too.


We cannot wait to get the doors open again.
